Dr. McGillicuddy enjoys helping families find practical strategies that they can use both in school and at home to support whatever challenges they may be facing. She and her husband have two young boys and they enjoy life in Charlotte, since relocating from New York City in 2018.

Dr. McGillicuddy worked in the public school system for 8 years (CT and NC) and most recently worked at a multi-disciplinary practice (NC), conducting evaluations and providing counseling for children and adolescents.
